Refund Policies

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We hope you love your items purchased from Leia Mae & Co. However, we know that sometimes purchases do not work out. Online orders may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If an order is outside of the 14 days, it is not eligible for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Instructions: 

It is the customers' responsibility to cover return shipping costs. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. It is included with the items in your bag. This includes all of your information and order number to help process your return. Please safely wrap your items to keep them protected when shipping them back. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days to process your return. We will email you your store credit after your return has been processed. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.                                           

Shipping Policies


Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our  reshipment along with providing an updated address.
